#84: Mathieu Schneider
Mathieu Schneider was drafted by the Montreal Canadiens in 1987, and would go on to lead them on defence for years to come.
Schneider went on to play six seasons with the Habs, helping them win the Stanley Cup in 1993.
He was their point man on the powerplay, on the first line for penalty killing, and would generally play against the other teams top lines.
His best offensive season with the Canadiens was in 1993-94, when he had 20 goals and 52 points.
Schneider has also played on two all-star teams, and played for Team U.S.A. in international play on several occasions.
In total, he has more than 700 points with seven teams, and has played more than 1,200 NHL games.
