#97: Mike McPhee
Mike McPhee played 10 years with the Montreal Canadiens, and is an underappreciated player in the history of the Habs.
As a forward, he excelled defensively, but also have a bit of a scorer’s touch. In his career as a Hab, he was never a minus in the plus/minus category, and scored at least 16 goals in every season, except for his first year, when he scored 5 goals in 17 games.
He also made a difference in the playoffs. In the Stanley Cup year of 1986, McPhee scored seven goals in 17 games.
He also got to play in the all-star game in 1989 (he had 47 points in 56 games that year).
