So a guy in Vancouver built a treehouse. He says he called the city to see if it was allowed, and told it was.
Once it was built (he’s an architect, so it was a well-designed treehouse), the neighbour complained. Bylaw said it had to come down. It went to court. The judge said it had to come down. (read the whole story here)
I wonder if the neighbour is happy that she took some joy out of kids’ lives. She must be, why else would she have allowed this to go on for two years?
