#60: Don Marshall
Don Marshall never scored a lot of playoff goals, but his strong defensive team play helped the Canadiens win five straight Stanley Cups in the late 1950s.

Marshall was drafted by the Canadiens, and even though he was an offensive player in junior, was asked to be more defensive with the Habs.
He responded. In those five straight Cup years, he scored only four goals in 49 games (two in the 1960 playoffs), but he would help shut down the other teams’ top lines.
In the regular season, Marshall had more opportunity to score. In the 1957-58 season, he scored 22 goals and added 18 assists in 68 games.
In 1963, he was part of the trade that sent Jacques Plante to the New York Rangers.
In total he would play in seven all-star games in his career, including six straight from 1956 to 1961.
